Submit an Order Request Form
Complete the form with your team details, style, and materials. A team member will contact you by email to discuss your request.

Confirm Your Order Details
Once your order request is approved, we will email your style sheet, size sheet, and Agreement for you to review, complete, and confirm that all order details are correct.

Pay and Receive a Ship Date
Once your paperwork is signed, an invoice will be sent by email. After the full balance is paid, you will receive your official ship date.
Due to the custom nature of our uniforms, we are unable to provide quotes.
