ORDER REQUEST FORM

POLICY NOTICE

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Our turnaround time is firm. We do not work around event dates and will not accept any rush orders. Please keep this in mind when submitting an order request.

Complete the 'Order Request Form' below (1 form per style). Please allow 48-72 business hours for a response.

 

There is a six (6) uniform minimum per style, per order. Males are included (e.g. 5 girls, 1 boy is okay).

 

Fabrics and Trims

 

We rely on our vendors to have the material color options available on their website. Although rare, there are times when certain materials may be "out of stock" or "low on stock". In the event that this occurs after the order is started, customers will have the option to choose another color for fabrics, fringe, and/or sequin trim to fulfill the order.

  

Fill-In Orders

 

After a new order is placed and the minimum per style is met, customer will be allowed to place a “fill-in” order. There is no minimum on fill-in orders. To place a “fill-in” order, click here.

 

NOTICE: When ordering fabrics at different times, there is a chance that the dye lot (slight change in the color dye of fabrics) may not be exactly the same from a previous order. We will do our best to get the colors exact; however, this is not a guarantee.
