Please note that policies are subject to change at any given time.
Due to increased production demand, we must revise our shipping schedule. A 50% deposit is required to offset material costs and to began processing your order. Your guaranteed ship date will be 8-10 business weeks from the date the deposit is received. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Once we receive your payment, we will email you an official ship date.
The remaining balance must be paid before your order is shipped. Failure to meet payment deadlines will result in delayed shipping, storage fees, and/or cancellation. P. Cotton Designs does not work around event dates or accept rush orders. Orders cannot and will not be shipped sooner than the quoted turnaround time. We recommend placing orders in a timely manner to ensure your uniforms arrive on time.
Introducing Ready-To-Ship Uniforms
All uniforms are sold and shipped AS IS. Uniforms are brand new, unworn, and in great condition with no damages or defects. The only sizes available are what's in stock.
No customizations or alterations can be made, and no refunds will be issued. All sales are final.
